1. The minimum order for MGU products should be Rs. 500/-
2. All the food products will be sold at MRP. No delivery charges will be applied
3. MGU products will be delivered within 2 working days after receiving order and receiving payment through payment gateway.
4. All the payments should be compulsorily made online. There is no cash delivery option available.
5. No replacements will be given in case products are not consumed within the validity period.
6. MGU foods will not be responsible for any loss or delay caused due to incorrect address, accidents, natural calamities or any other cause whatsoever beyond our control. No claim for loss / damage / delay will be entertained by MGU foods in such events.
7. In spite of full carefulness taken at the time of delivery, MGU foods will not be responsible for a mis-delivery if the recipient of the product at the address, misappropriates, damages or fails to hand over the product to the person named on the order and takes the item proving himself to be the correct person.
8. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed.
9. MGU foods will deliver exactly the same products displayed on its web pages and from the same sources indicated.
10. MGU foods will not charge more than the prices mentioned on its web pages.
